Dipendra Prasad Pant holds Master’s degrees in English Literature and Sociology, both awarded by Tribhuvan University. He is working as an Associate Research Fellow at Information and Knowledge Management Department in Policy Research Institute.

He has twenty-seven years of professional experience, including teaching as well as working with national and international organizations, companies, and policy research institutions. He possesses specialized expertise in policy research, results-based project management, project design, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing and editing. His publications include articles in national and international journals, as well as books and book chapters based on policy research.
